This dress is a one of a kind handmade from up-cycled vintage clothing. It has a beautiful grey cotton chambray top that is distressed to perfection as it is buttery soft. The ruffle skirting is black, pink, and white chiffon that glows with the slightest movement or breeze. This dress would look cute with a pair of cowgirl boots. Perfect for you to wear at a festival, date, or some other carefree event. It is one of my favorites and I wish it fit me!
