When walking in the woodlands here in Pennsylvania, there are places where the entire forest has a ground cover of green ferns. They push through the black soil in the spring and come up faithfully every year. It is a peaceful sight especially in the early morning when there is a little mist in the air and the sun shines through the treetops down through the dark silhouetted tree branches down to the cover of ferns with dew drops that glisten on them like pearls.
This 30 inch necklace is a product of that sight. The deep rich colors of the art glass beads seem to pick up any color you wear and the fern charms make this necklace very graceful. There are black iridescent mother of pearl beads and soft mauve wooden beads to set off the beauty of this necklace.
